I doodled this for Mae after teaching her about Psalm 23 and we colored the picture together—she did a lot of the coloring. I am glad that she loves the Bible, believes in Jesus, and that she is cheerful even when facing troubles like being hospitalized due to her insect bites.
Mae was also singing “Jesus Loves Me” when Amilee was playing the tune on the ukulele earlier. A praise and worship song also plays throughout the night on the phone as Mae sleeps. We want to surround her with an abundance of God’s word.
